I garnished it with whipped cream (piped from this kind of bag, fitted with this tip) and a little sprinkling of chocolate vermicelli. Reserve 3 tablespoons of the Peppermint crisp chocolate. Do it right after you churn your ice cream, when it has the consistency of soft serve, so you can fold in the chips before you freeze the ice cream hard.
